Prodlog vs your company's review tool
How Prodlog works alongside Lattice or 15Five: keep the official review in your company's tool, and keep your 1:1 prep, review drafts and your own record in Prodlog.
Your company's review tool keeps your history for your company. Prodlog keeps it for you.
If your company runs reviews in Lattice or 15Five, keep using it. That's where the official review lives, where your manager writes their assessment, and where the process your company chose actually happens. Both now offer AI-assisted review drafting inside the company's instance. Prodlog doesn't replace any of that.
Prodlog covers the part around it: you log as things happen, walk into every 1:1 prepared, write that review from evidence instead of memory, and keep the record when you leave.
Side by side
Whose record it is
Yours. Private by default: nothing leaves your log unless you copy it, send it or publish it.
Your company's. It lives in the company's instance.
When you leave
It comes with you: every entry, plus resume bullets, STAR stories and a portfolio.
It stays with the company.
The 1:1 cadence
Before every 1:1, everything you logged since the last one, ready to paste into your 1:1 doc. Free, never metered.
Whatever your company has set up.
Review drafts
A draft for each of your company's review questions, built from your own entries, showing the entries each one drew on.
AI-assisted drafting inside the company's instance.
Portfolio
A public portfolio from the entries you choose. Publishing is free.
Not what it's for.
